We decided to get out of the house and go on a hike. Well just a couple of miles from our home are the White Tank Mountains. So we decided to wear the girls out. It was fun and they made it all the way. Well I think I had to carry Addison all the way back. But, she made up! It was fun. They collected rocks along the way!

Here is my tinker fairy, garden fairy and water fairy! Can you guess who was in charge of costume theme this year? Kenzie didn't care because she got to wear blue!

So those of you who know me know that I love Halloween! This Halloween was a bummer. I ended up in the ER with a kidney stone. So that would be why there are not very many pictures and the girls look like rag muffins to go trick or treating. Daddy was in charge because mommy was on narcotics!

So my dear husband surprised me with a birthday getaway to San Diego, which we both needed desperately! He made all the plans and it was awesome. His mom and dad came to stay with the girls, we flew over and ate the best Mexican food I have ever had! Off to our hotel which was right on Torrey Pines golf course. We just had a nice slow peaceful weekend. It was all about food, which is my favorite thing to do on vacation is to get good food that you can't get while at home. So amazing food all around. My b-day night we ate a place that was right on the coast! We could see the ocean as we ate yummy food. So my only complaint is that it was NOT long enough. The girls had fun, they did miss us! Addie I think was mad at me. She yelled at me for the next two days. Oh well, it was worth it!
